Hands for Health and Freedom is an advocacy enablement platform, designed to provide access to independent ethical, healthcare, and legal resources. We believe in the sanctity of human life, and that no person may rule over another without consent. We teach people to assert their rights, and advocate for their health. Together, it’s in our hands.
Ali Shultz, JD
Ali’s mission in the health and freedom fight began when schools tried to force her children to wear masks. Someone attempting to force her to cover up those sweet little faces when she didn’t want to, was against every fiber in her being. Another person somehow made to feel empowered to believe they had jurisdiction over her and her children and what they should wear over their faces?! This was the breaking point for Ali. She knew she had to get in the fight, because if she didn’t stand up now, there may come a time she couldn’t.
Ali has a unique background in both the medical and legal fields. Ali was an OR capital surgical rep for many years, and is a (nonpracticing) attorney. She served as Legal Director for America’s Frontline Doctors, ran point on all the strategic litigation and wrote letters for the public to use in their local communities. She loves her Country and humanity, and works tirelessly to advocate for light and truth.
Ali became privy to the type of medical care currently occurring in critical care units, while she served as Medical Power of Attorney for both of her Parents-in-law, who were hospitalized at two different Arizona hospitals at the same time. Her family experienced horrific treatment- Things as awful as deprivation of hydration and nourishment, being given investigational drugs without knowledge or consent, and seclusion.
Devastatingly, her Mother-in law died. Through Ali’s tenacious efforts, she was able to get her Father-in-law released from the critical care ward after 24 days of seclusion. Despite living through what they felt to be torturous conditions, he is now home and recovering. Ali founded Hands for Health and Freedom to empower others to advocate for their loved ones and cultivate ways to seek justice for victims of these crimes.
Randy Miller
Randy is a retired Senior Deputy Probation Officer from Santa Barbara County California. He relocated to Arizona in December 2005. Randy’s career includes being a gang officer, doing investigations, supervising an intensive supervision caseload for both juvenile and adults, being a court hearing officer and teaching in various subjects to other agencies. This experience gave Randy an understanding of the function government was to take and the road being traveled, many times in contradiction to its purpose. After retiring, Randy studied the Constitution of the United States and of Arizona and the history of our fine country. He started teaching our constitutions to community groups in 2014. Additionally, his experience includes many discussions with legislators in their proper roles and running for State House of Representatives in 2017 and State Senate in 2019.
Since the onset of COVID and the violations of constitutional limitations by state and federal governments, Randy became an activist for the liberties of the people and traveled the state speaking on and teaching our constitutions.
There have been many cases of questionable medical practices and violations perpetrated against family members both in the hospital and against their loved ones attempting to oversee their care. This too has become a calling to come to their aid. Additionally, the forced mandates on workers instigated by government at all levels violating clear limits on government and the rights of the people have become an epidemic in itself. This, combined with the flagrant violation committed by our medical facilities have identified the need Randy must fulfill; assisting and fighting for justice for all who suffer from the abuse. For Randy, it is an honor being a part of the Hands for Health and Freedom mission and assisting in this battle. His hope is to be a beacon of light in this fight against this tyranny perpetrated against humanity.
