It is important for you, citizens, to put pressure on the Public Authorities, Health Plans, Professional and Professional Entities, so that sufficient Medical Teams are made available to provide dignified and effective care in all Health Units in Brazil, under the same minimum protocol with free provision corresponding medicines, as is already the case in several regions of the country.

We are doctors of all specialties who assist people affected by the covid-19 pandemic knock on the door of our house, clinic or clinic, or on the phone/whatsapp.
Patients demanding early treatment, anxious not to be hospitalized, let alone intubated at risk of death. The anguish in adequately assisting these people, sometimes within our own home, motivated us to study, observe, and resort to behaviors that would be beneficial to people, including ourselves.
Hence the observational care of each of us was born, converged to the collective experience, consolidated in the production of a protocol proposal that would serve as a guide for colleagues, sensitize authorities, and take people out of pre-hospital abandonment, meeting the expectations of not need to be hospitalized. Intent that we have achieved in the vast majority of cases.

1. Physicians committed to the Hippocratic oath and practice of Medicine.
3. Protocol is guidance, never imposition. A doctor is not a mechanic. Research, study and experience must guide the Physician.
5. The physician, as a professional and citizen, must have the courage to defend Medicine and Life.
2. The evidence base is important for medicine, but it is not everything. Clinical acumen and life experience must never lose their sovereignty.
4. Medicine is an autonomous science to treat, take care of integral health and save lives. Your exercise must not be subject to external interference of any kind.
6. The Physician must treat all patients as himself.
