Collective of caregivers, doctors and citizens united around an idea: the need for a fair and proportionate health policy in Quebec and elsewhere in the world
Aujourd’hui, au Québec, les autorités de la santé publique et les représentants politiques démontrent des signes alarmants d’incohérence :
justification scientifique défaillante des consignes sanitaires;
mesures de contrainte sociales disproportionnées;
ambiguïté croissante entre ce qui relève du sanitaire et du politique;
absence totale de débats publics et censure des gens qui se questionnent.
Dans la foulée de l’esprit et du travail mené par Réinfo Covid France, nous, un groupe de québécois réunissant professionnels de la santé, universitaires, scientifiques et citoyens, nous sommes constitués afin de lancer une antenne au Québec. L’objectif premier est de créer un lieu d’information et d’échanges où puissent se reconnaître et se rejoindre médecins et autres soignants issus des professions biomédicales.
Fort de cet appui, nous souhaitons aller à la rencontre de nos concitoyens préoccupés par l’actuelle crise sanitaire et soucieux de prendre les meilleures décisions concernant leur santé, afin de leur proposer des outils pour questionner, comprendre, sortir de la peur et agir ensemble.
Today, in Quebec, public health authorities and political representatives are showing alarming signs of inconsistency:
flawed scientific justification for health guidelines;
disproportionate social coercion measures;
growing ambiguity between what is health and political;
total absence of public debates and censorship of people who question themselves.
In the wake of the spirit and the work carried out by Réinfo Covid France, we, a group of Quebecers bringing together health professionals, academics, scientists and citizens, have been formed to launch a branch in Quebec. The primary objective is to create a place of information and exchange where doctors and other caregivers from the biomedical professions can recognize and meet.
With this support, we want to meet our fellow citizens concerned about the current health crisis and anxious to make the best decisions about their health, in order to offer them the tools to question, understand, get out of fear and act together. .
